The Associate Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling a range of insurance products to clients, generating leads, maintaining client records, and helping clients through the claims process. The Associate Agent will also work closely with the Agent to assess clients' needs and recommend products that meet those needs.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A keen attention to detail with demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.
- A passion for sales and generating leads.
- Possession of a valid P&C insurance license in the State of Mississippi.
- Possession of a valid Life and Health license in the State of Mississippi.
- Ability to operate effectively within a team environment and prioritize task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs.
- Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- High ethical and professional standards.
- Ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines.
- Base Salary plus commissions.

Compensation: $2,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month
